 Return Policy:

  • You will have 3-days return period after you have received the products, and customers are requested to raise the return query within the given period of time.
  • No return or exchange request will be accepted after 3 days or 72 hours of delivery.
  • Please Note: Due to hygiene reasons Naths(Nose Pin) and Toe Rings are not Returnable.
  • To be eligible for a return/exchange, the item must be unused and please put the product in its original packaging and seal it well, in the same condition that you received it along with the invoice. Make sure you bubble wrap it so that product doesn't get damaged during the return transit.
  • The return shipping cost is to be borne by customer.  However, it will be free in case of manufacturing defects, then the customer no need to pay any courier charges.
Order was damaged when received: 
We take utmost care while packaging to ensure that the product reaches you the way you had seen in our website. However, due to situations beyond our control, the items delivered might get damaged in transit. We would be more than happy to replace or cancel your order under such circumstance. We would request you to let us know of the damage the day you receive it. (( Please make proper unboxing video from starting to end to get replacement for any kind of damages etc.))

To return or exchange an item please follow the steps below:

  • Please get in touch with our customer support team through Email (customercare@thealankara.com) or call/Whatsapp (+91-8240686387),
  • Provide us with your order ID, Invoice details and your request to return/replace/refund your order. 
  • Once we get your request, It usually takes 24 working hours for us to respond to your request and our executive will call you for confirming. 
  • Once a exchange/return request is authorized from our end, we will pick up the product from your end within 2-3 business days.
  • Once the product has reached and it is inspected to be free from any defect, your refund shall be authorized. 
Cancellation before shipment:

If the order or the item(s) that you want to cancel has not been shipped yet, get in touch with our customer support team.

The amount paid by you would be refunded to you and should reflect in your account in 3-7 business days.

Cancellation after order is dispatched:

Sorry, babe! We cannot cancel the order after it is dispatched as the order has already been handed over to our courier partner. Please contact Customer Service and they shall be able to work out a solution for you.

Refund Process:

In case of a return/replacement/refund, we process the refund once the products have been received and verified at our warehouse.

For Prepaid Orders, the refund will be processed to the same account from which the payment was made/same mode of payment within 24-48 business hours of us receiving the products back. It may take 3-7 additional business days for the amount to reflect in your account. 

For Cash On Delivery Orders, we will initiate a bank transfer/google pay against the refund amount against the billing details shared by you. This process will be completed within 24-48 business hours of us receiving the products back and your bank details on email/WhatsApp.

Please note that the COD charges Rs. 150/- are courier partner’s charges and are hence Non-refundable in any case.
